Examples for acceptable Primary Producer Declaration document include:

A current Government Vehicle Registration notice in the applicant’s name showing the usage of the vehicle is for Primary Production or Produce Carrying.

OR An Australian Tax Office Notice of Assessment from 2024 or 2025 in the applicant’s name showing on the first or second page the term Primary Production averaging income.

OR A letter from your accountant, which is on their letterhead with their contact details and is signed and dated within the last twelve (12) months. The letter must include your name or applicant’s business name, ABN and address in which you undertake your Primary Production business.

OR If your accountant is using a Declaration of Eligibility for a Registration concession form or any other form, please ensure that it has you and your accountant’s signature, both dated within the last twelve (12) months

NB: Please note we do not accept quarterly rates notices, or other documents as not outlined above as proof of primary production.
