We meet with you to hear about you and sort out your noggin!!

We know it is tough to reach out and ask for support. There are a lot of reasons you may be having a wobble.

Including:

  • Relationship and family issues
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Farming stressors
  • Effects of natural disasters

When to seek support

If you, or someone you know is feeling or behaving differently for an extended period or time and experiencing the warning signs below, it is time to talk.

  • Feeling stressed out, on edge or flat
  • Feelings of panic or being overwhelmed
  • Frequent distressing thoughts or memories
  • Feeling irritable, angry or aggressive (including road rage)
  • Changes to sleep patterns
  • Difficulties falling or staying asleep
  • Regular nightmares
  • Increased conflict in relationships
  • Difficulties concentrating or managing everyday tasks
  • Increased or excessive use of alcohol
  • Overuse of prescription or other drugs
  • Avoiding social activities and friends
  • Loss of interest in activities that were important or enjoyable before, including intimacy
