Disaster Assistance
Rural Aid provides a range of disaster assistance to help farming families get back on their feet. Support includes fodder and domestic water deliveries, installation of water tanks, financial assistance, access to our free Farm Army job platform and sustainable agriculture educational resources.

Mental Health & Wellbeing
Rural Aid’s qualified counsellors provide free, confidential support to farmers and their families. Our Mental Health and Wellbeing team, led by Myf Pitcher, works closely with local services to ensure rural communities have access to care when they need it most.

Community Development
Our Community Development Program, led by Steph Walsh, focuses on strengthening rural towns through long-term recovery and sustainability projects. Steph works directly with communities to identify local priorities and develop tailored initiatives that build connection and resilience.
