How do I make a donation to Rural Aid through BPAY?

Go to ruralaid.org.au/BPAY and complete the form to receive your BPAY details (Biller code and Customer Reference Number (CRN), then make a donation through your online banking. If you have any issues getting your BPAY details please call 1300 327 624 or contact@ruralaid.org.au

How is my BPAY donation helping our Aussie Farmers?

During the campaign period 9 Feb to 31 Mar 2020 all BPAY donations will be distributed through pre-paid cards to drought affected farmers who have registered for assistance through Rural Aid to help pay their bills. After the 31 Mar 2020, donations made via BPAY to Rural Aid will go towards areas where aid is most needed. This is determined by Rural Aid and may include fodder (hay) deliveries, water carting, financial assistance, counselling or other important programs run by Rural Aid.

How does BPAY work?

BPAY payments are made through your online banking platform. With BPAY you are in control of the payment including the amount, when and how often you choose to donate. If you want to know more about BPAY visit bpay.com.au

I’m having issues making a BPAY donation payment, what should I do?

Don’t worry your Bank will be able to help, please contact them directly.

Can I make regular or recurring donations with BPAY?

Yes. When you make your donation through your online banking, simply select the option to make a one off payment or schedule regular or recurring payments. If you have any questions please contact your bank.

Is my donation tax deductable?

All donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Can I make a BPAY donation from a Credit Card Account?

Yes. When you make your donation through your online bank, simply select the payment to be made from your credit card account.

Can I make further donations in the future using the same BPAY details?

Yes. Your BPAY details are unique to you, so you can use or reuse them at any time. You will receive an emailed receipt for each donation received by Rural Aid.

Is there a minimum donation amount?

Rural Aid, only accept donations above $2.

What is a BPAY Customer Reference Number (CRN)?

A Customer Reference Number (CRN) is the unique number that Rural Aid will use to identify your donation.

Will I get a receipt for my donation?

Yes, you will receive an emailed receipt from Rural Aid within 3 business days, once your donation has been received. If you do not receive it, please contact Rural Aid.

Will I be contacted via email after making a donation?

By donating to Rural Aid you are subscribing to their email database you can expect to receive emails relate to Rural Aid initiatives. You will have the option to unsubscribe.
