Nurture and grow major philanthropic and corporate relationships to enable support and assistance to primary producers and farming communities.

In partnership with the Director of Philanthropy and Development, and your colleagues in both Sydney and Melbourne, you will build deep, values-based, long-term relationships across corporate partners and individual executive donors at the most senior level. An exceptional network and relationship building skills are essential to success in this role.

As an accomplished professional, you display poise, polish, and an engaging style. Comfortable with ambiguity and highly emotionally intelligent, you balance your quiet confidence with a focus on the impactful work your organisation is undertaking.

You may come from a philanthropy role within the charitable sector or seeking a break from the corporate world. This unique opportunity will leverage your outstanding relationships and values-based sales skills in a different way to contribute to a cause that helps farmers and their families, and farming communities nationally.
