Morgans, connecting city and country to provide support where it’s needed most
Morgans Financial Ltd partnership with Rural Aid began in 2018 during one of the most severe droughts in recent memory. Morgans has a strong connection with regional and rural Australia through its branch network and wanted to support
farmers doing it tough. This support has continued each year and is bolstered by many supporting companies, their clients, staff and friends, helping bridge the gap between city and country.
Through their Big Dry Friday initiative, Morgans encourages supporters to skip the cost of a meal and/or drinks and instead donate to charities supporting rural Australia – like Rural Aid. Their dedication makes a tangible difference to the lives of farming families and communities in need.
Morgans staff have also rolled up their sleeves on the ground, volunteering at a Farm Recovery Event in Grantham, QLD, in 2022 to support local farmers firsthand.
